The listing content on this website is protected by copyright and other laws, and is intended solely for the private, non-commercial use by individuals. Any other reproduction, distribution or use of the content, in whole or in part, is specifically forbidden. The prohibited uses include commercial use, “screen scraping”, “database scraping”, and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate data on the pages produced by or displayed on this website.

Required Listing Measurement
CREA requires websites using its Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) to record views of imported listings. When you view a DDF® listing page, this website sends CREA the listing identifier, this website’s DDF® destination identifier, a View event, a randomly generated browser identifier, and the referring page. The browser identifier is stored in a necessary cookie for about 30 days. This website does not include your form answers in these measurement events and does not send your IP address as an event parameter.
This measurement is required to provide access to the imported MLS® listing feature. By selecting “I Accept These Terms,” you acknowledge and consent to this collection and disclosure as part of your use of the listing section. Optional Google Analytics, HubSpot tracking, and advertising technologies remain controlled separately through the website’s privacy preferences.
Amendments
